The Rosa Operating Story

Rosa Operating LLC is the current owner and operating entity of the company formerly known as Fintube, a company established in 1960.

Fintube was the leader in heat transfer technologies and provided highly engineered products to a wide range of industries where high performance heat transfer equipment is required.  Fintube was sold to Lone Star Technologies in 1999, and subsequently Lone Star Technologies was acquired by U.S. Steel in 2007.

Rosa Operating’s CEO, Jack Rosa,  joined Lone Star Technologies in 2006, where he served as Fintube’s CEO.  He remained the company’s CEO when Fintube was acquired by US Steel.   Jack Rosa partnered with a private equity group based in Connecticut to take the company private in September, 2010. Rosa Operating LLC acquired Fintube in March, 2018.

With Jack Rosa’s leadership and vision, TEKtube continues to build upon its well respected position in the heat transfer industry.
